Goals

I would like to graduate the Career Development Professional Program at Conestoga College by next year and apply all the knowledge and skills towards a CDP profession. Some knowledge and skills include: building online presence, writing resumes, navigating the job market, practicing counselling approaches, and professional networking. 

I would focus on learning about the individual experience as a career development professional and leverage the counselling techniques I have gained through Conestoga College. I will be committed to serving the community by using the knowledge and skills gained throughout my career and schooling.

My future goal will be to write a book on career development. Possibly collecting people's experiences, looking at micro and meta job trends, workplace culture and then writing a semi-fictional about a character's career journey, placing emphasis on career struggles and it's impact on character development.
